The solar system:  The solar system formed around 4.6 billion years ago. When you think of the solar system you probably just think of the sun and the planets. When I think of the solar system I think of the the kuiper belt, the heliosphere, comets, the Oort cloud and the solar wind.    http://universe-review.ca/ The kuiper belt is a belt of comets that are charcoal black. it is fifty times further away from the sun than Pluto is to earth. the heliosphere is the the suns magnetic field. It is surprisingly the shape of a crescent moon. There are short term and long term comets. Short term comets are comets from the kuiper belt which travel in circles returning every 300 years or less. Long term comets are mysterious and are on a plunging orbit or an infrequent orbit that is unpredictable. Theses comets are pulled in due to the gravitation pull of the sun. there is a theorized population of comets known as the Oort cloud, it is a theoretical cloud at the edge of our solar system
How stars die: https://futurism.com/ As stars grow they produce more and more heat. The hotter the star becomes, the heavier the elements t creates.iron is created during the life of a star but it is the heaviest element a star can create without dying. Iron doesn't emit enough heat energy against the force of gravity like the other elements do when they react and fuse. This forces the start of the core of the star collapsing. As the nuclear fusion reacts at the core of the star, the star generates more energy while also creating more and more iron. The iron applies great amounts of gravitational pressure to the core of the star. Over perhaps billions of years the star's core eventually collapses. In larger stars this causes a massive explosion of the star itself.  This explosion is known as a supernova. The supernova produces so much heat that the heavier elements like gold form. All of these elements are spread across the cosmos. The star collapses and destroys
How did the planets and the stars form? Stars and planets form within dense clouds of dust and gas known as nebula. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/   The formation happens in the nebula. Gravity forces the dust and gas to bounce at high speeds into each other. This causes molecules of gas to fuse together through nuclear fusion thus creating hydrogen gas. The hydrogen then creates helium, then carbon, oxygen, calcium and iron. The energy released when the gases fuses generates heat.
The fourth dimension:  The universe is physically a three dimensional space, consisting of length, width and height. the fourth dimension is time. Everything must have a beginning in order to exist. therefore everything must also come to an end. The universe began with the big bang, this means that the universe has a beginning and so must have an ending.  When the three physical dimensions and time come together to form the fourth dimension known as space-time. The blend of the dimensions into one is known as a continuum.         https://whyfiles.org/ When space-time is empty it is flat, it has no curvature. When mass is applied to or in space it causes the space-time to curve. space-time is s flat surface and is therefore mouldable to the the shape and density of the mass applied to the space.  Now that we know how space initially began and that we know that our universe has a beginning and therefore has an ending. Now we can begin to look at the formation of stars and pla
The Big Bang:  Today I am going to be talking about the Big Bang theory. The beginning of the universe and itself.  Around 14 billion years ago the universe began.Everything is created by the matter matter created in the first fractions of a second of the big bang. According to the research of Stephen Hawking's, the universe began a s a singularity and therefore It was extremely dense, very small and incredibly hot. This is known as the Big Bang theory. A few fractions of a second after this initial beginning protons, neutrons and electrons started to form causing the expansion of space itself.  Before even a second had passed it went from being smaller than an electron itself to nearly the size of the universe today. The big bang would have been blinding. it would have emitted a huge amount of light due to the density and heat being produced.  Scientists believe that the big bang did happen, if so then we know that the universe began through a rapid degree of expansion.
